The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 at Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher’s shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. Since then a group of passionate chefs and butchers got together and created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef.
Their beef received numerous awards, been named “Best Steak” and “Best Burger” by both local and international publications and bloggers and, for two years running, received a mention in the Michelin Guide.
Their beef is sourced from a farm that they have partnered with in New South Wales, Australia that specifically rears the cows to their specifications for use in their venues, resulting in very different flavour profiles.
The Butchers Club dry-ages each cut of beef at their own facility on Hong Kong Island for different time periods to highlight the unique flavours of each steak, so you can be sure that you are in for an amazing experience from the first delicious mouthful.
Due to their popularity and demand they have expanded through Hong Kong and now have four locations there. With great success in Hong Kong they recently launched The Butchers Club recently launched The Butchers Club Steakhouse in Bali’s Seminyak.
The Bali location serves the same Michelin Guide-listed burger from Hong Kong, made with dry-aged beef, maple-glazed bacon and cheddar cheese, as well as weekly special menus and Happy Hour deals. they also serve ribs, salads and some pretty wicked desserts.
